1 - ADMINISTRATION AND SERVER

1. The administrative team of Arkadia is entirely composed of legally capable individuals, Brazilian nationals, volunteers, and without any personal and/or professional ties to the original developer of Sun Online - Webzen - and its employees, thus, this service is a private server of the same game.
   
2. It is the duty of its members to manage and ensure the operation of the server in its entirety, which refers to technical issues, financial support, community support, and other aspects, except in cases where the intervention of the team is unnecessary or impossible to be performed.
   
3. By accepting the terms of use of Arkadia and creating your online avatar, the user reserves to the administration the rights to manage their account by changing the data provided at the time of registration that are not in accordance with the server rules, or temporarily or permanently suspending their registration in cases where a breach of the rules is found while in the game itself; however, the user DOES NOT grant the administration the rights to use, for any purpose, the email, name, password, and IP address provided at the time of registration.
   
4. The suspended player may use the email provided in the suspension message to request a review of the blockage by the administration, which will decide whether the penalty was indeed valid or if it was a mistake.
   
5. Despite the game's proposal to operate 24 hours a day, the Arkadia team may shut down the servers in order to carry out maintenance considered necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment and programs. These maintenances may or may not be scheduled in advance, depending on the needs that the technical adjustments require.
   

2 - FINANCIAL

1. Arkadia, being a 100% free service throughout its extension, has no other method of fundraising and financial survival other than through VOLUNTARY donations made by our users, which are directed to cover the costs required for server maintenance. For these donors, a certain amount of WCoins and (game currency) equivalent to the donated value will be allocated as a thank you for the support provided.
   
2. Refunding a donated amount will only be made upon proof, by the CLAIMANT, that the remuneration contract in virtual coins was not fulfilled by the SERVER. Except in this case, there are no other possibilities where the return of the donated amount is possible. Attempted fake donations or cancellation after delivery of the thank-you will result in account blocking.
   
3. The donating user will not receive preferential treatment from the administrators regarding online support and/or obtaining items in the game, being subject to the same rules and penalties as free users.
   

3 - SECURITY

1. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the security of their own account, preferably following the guidelines of the STAFF which are: change the password every 14 days; do not use public computers or internet networks from strangers to log into the game; keep your computer's security software always updated; keep your access data confidential, never sharing the account with third parties, no matter how much trust is established.
   
2. The administration will not intervene in problems caused by the player's imprudence regarding the security of their account. Under no circumstances will any lost items or stolen WCoins/ be reimbursed.
   
3. Arkadia will not be responsible for any damage to items and/or regressions in character characteristics when caused by slow internet connection or loss of internet connection by the user. It is up to the user to judge the situation and determine whether it is possible to perform combinations in the Crafts NPC, negotiations, etc.
   
4. Once confirmed, trades, sales to NPCs, purchases and sales in personal stores, purchases in Store X, trade commands, evolutions in the online workshop, combinations in the Crafts NPC, and character deletion cannot be reversed. It is the player's responsibility to handle their items correctly to avoid unwanted situations.
   
5. It is understood that, by registering on the site, the user is already aware of the terms of use that are in effect on the server. Claiming ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as justification for unlocking the account, character, or refunding any type of damage that the user may acquire.
   

4 - RESTRICTIONS

1. The online environment has various communication systems, making it possible to send and receive written messages from other players. As it allows the display of any type of content, the chat and other official networks of Arkadia have their own rules and prohibitions established to promote mutual respect and conscious use of tools.
   
2. It is strictly forbidden to use general, local, or private chat for the dissemination of hate speech, xenophobia, racism, pornographic content, and other condemnable and intolerant attitudes provided for and punishable by the Brazilian federal constitution. Arkadia's administration understands that players' free expression must be maintained, but if the target of injury, slander, and defamation feels harmed by terms directed at them, penalties for the offender may be imposed. The penalty for breaking this term varies from 5 minutes of chat block to permanent suspension of the account(s).
   
3. The dissemination of other private Sun Online servers within Arkadia or on social networks belonging to it is intolerable when done without the authorization of the administrative team. The penalty for breaking this term is permanent suspension by IP of the player.
   
4. It is prohibited to use special characters (ASCII, HTML, ...) that considerably hinder reading or make it impossible in an online environment. The penalty for breaking this term varies from 5 minutes of chat block to 7 days suspension of the character in question or their account.
   
5. It establishes restrictions on trading: 1) ACCOUNTS, by donation or any other internal or external resources to the game; it must be understood that the account is an untransferable asset and that its first owner may always regain access to it when requested, causing material losses to other users of the same that are not eligible for support by the Arkadia team. 2) ITEMS/WCoins, for real money or external negotiations. The penalty for breaking this term is suspension of the involved account(s) or perpetual retention of items/WCoins by the administration.
   
6. Arkadia's chat has its own anti-flood system, but it is still forbidden to send the same message in the chat several times, as they will be considered SPAM when it is possible to view them more than 4 times on the screen. The penalty for breaking this term varies from 30 minutes of chat block to 7 days suspension of the character in question or their account.
   
7. It is expressly forbidden to impersonate an Arkadia administrator, as well as using names that could be understood as such (GM-xxx, ADM-xxx, ...). The penalty for breaking this term is permanent suspension by IP of the player.
   
8. Disseminating unfounded information, rumors, and falsehoods about the server and/or its administrators with the intention of denigrating the image of those involved or disrupting the smooth operation of the services offered in the game is permanently prohibited. The penalty for breaking this term varies from 1 hour of chat block to permanent suspension of the player's account(s).
   
9. It is a crime to falsify, alter or forge evidence (screenshots, audios, among others) in order to use them to deceive those responsible for the game and force/cause unjust and unnecessary punishments against someone. The penalty for breaking this term varies from a 3-day block to permanent suspension of the player's account(s).
   
10. It is prohibited to subject third parties to circumstances that prevent them from fully enjoying the events and activities inherent to the game. This rule does not apply in situations where PvP is inherent, expected, and even essential (such as Moutshine, for example). The penalty for breaking this term varies from a 1-day block to permanent suspension of the player's account(s).
    

5 - TECHNICAL ISSUES

1. The use of hacker, cheat, modifications, third-party software with cheating potential, or any other means that cause violations in the game mechanics is prohibited. The penalty for breaking this term is temporary or permanent suspension of the account(s).
   
2. It is prohibited to exploit or take advantage of any bugs or system flaws to gain advantages in Arkadia, and it is up to the player to alert the administrative team about the existence of the problem. The penalty for breaking this term is temporary or permanent suspension of the account(s).
   
3. It is prohibited to use fake guilds to occupy a slot in Moutshine and Brakion, Serient events, and players should alert the administrative team for the removal of the offending guild. The penalty for breaking this term varies from just releasing the slot in the event to suspending members for 31 days.
   

6 - VIRTUAL CONTENT PROPERTY

1. When you obtain our Virtual Content, what we are really offering you is a license and a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right to use that Virtual Content only in relation to your use of the relevant NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES Services.
   
2. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this document, you acknowledge and agree that you will have no ownership or other type of right over your account, and that all rights to your account are and will always be owned by NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES and will revert to its benefit.
   
3. You also acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership, property rights, or any other type of exclusive rights over any Virtual Content, regardless of any consideration offered or paid in exchange. Furthermore, except in cases of deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent these Terms provide otherwise, NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES will not be liable in any way for the destruction, deletion, modification, compromise, hacking, or any other damage or loss of any kind caused to the Virtual Content, including the deletion of Virtual Content after the closure or expiration of your account or our reasonable changes to the NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES Services.
   

7 - VIRTUAL CONTENT AVAILABILITY

1. In an effort to constantly improve the NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES Services, develop our games, and keep the NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES Services safe, fun, and protected, we have the right to exclude, change, move, remove, re-package, re-price, or transfer all and any Game Content, including Virtual Content, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice and without any liability to you. For example, your Virtual Products may (and will likely continue to) evolve over time to improve the NUGGETSDEV-SERVICES Services or for regulatory or legal reasons. If we decide to completely withdraw certain Virtual Products you have recently purchased, we will provide a replacement.
   
2. We do not provide or warrant, and expressly deny, any value, in money or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers we operate or control, including any Game Content or Virtual Content attributed to your account. If we allow the sale or transfer of your right to access certain Game Content or Virtual Content, it can only be done through services approved or provided by us, if any.
   

8 - OMISSIONS AND RULES UPDATE

1. Omitted cases (not mentioned on this page) will be analyzed by the administration, which will decide what actions will be taken (punishments may be applied if necessary) regarding them. We hereby alert users to use common sense when in doubt about what is prohibited or allowed within the server.
   
2. The rules and terms of use listed here are subject to changes without the need for prior notice from the administration, with users being required to periodically visit this topic to stay informed of the changes.
   
3. Users should consider the FORUM and SITE as primary sources of data and information that are essential for gameplay, understanding that several of Arkadia's characteristics (such as the success rate of combinations in the Crafts NPC, for example) have been changed
